  • HASE BIKES has set out to evnable everyone to experience the happiness of cycling. Their product selection encompasses a wide range of unique bikes and specially designed accessories that can be used for adapting our trikes and tandems to unique needs and challenges of the rider.

  • HASE offers a range of higly adaptable delta trikes (that can be linked in tandem), and the unique Pino, a tandem with a versatile recumbent seat in front that accommodates a range of rider needs. All bikes are available with or without e-assist.

    Handcycle kit (and a variety of special needs adaptations) are also available.

  • Models span a wide price range from <$3000 for a pedal-powered delta-trike to over $15,000 for premium e-assist models.

  • Urban cargo and passenger transport, touring and adventure rides, plus a broad range of adaptive needs.

  • Availability varied by model from about 7-10 business days to 8-12 weeks for bikes arriving from Europe.

Ordering & Delivery

TRYING & PLANNING

  1. Schedule a Test ride.
    We typically keep demo models of popular models in the shop available for test rides, including a trike, such as TRIGO and TRIGO STEPS and a PINO tandem.

  2. Design your ideal bike!
    Using the HASE configurator, build up the virtual version of your bike. We’ll help you dial in optimal components and upgrades for your preferred riding experience.

  3. Receive a quote and confirm selection
    Once you have built your ideal bike, we’ll compile a quote, send it to you for confirmation, and tweak as necessary.

    This process can take anywhere from 1-2 hours to a couple of weeks, depending on the customer.

BUYING YOUR BIKE

  1. Place your deposit
    Once you approve the quote, we’ll collect a deposit, which can be made in person, over the phone, or via PayPal.

  2. We submit your order to the supplier
    We will send your bike build and sizing specifications to HASE BIKES to create your new bike.

  3. Your bike arrives
    When your bike arrives at the shop, we schedule one of our technicians to assemble tune and thoroughly test the bike.

  4. Pickup
    We’ll do a final fitting, and make sure you’re familiar with all the systems, and ready to take your bike home.

    This part of the process can take anywhere from 2 to up to 12 weeks depending on specific model and options chosen.
